1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
